Wei Shao, CFA
Ms. Shao is the founder and managing director of the firm. She has more than fifteen years of experience in the investment management industry working with individual high net worth clients. Prior to founding Consonance Wealth Management, she was a Portfolio Manager at Atherton Lane Advisers, LLC.
She graduated from Shanghai International Studies University with a BA in English major and a minor in Finance. She is a CFA charter holder and has published in Barron’s and the CFA Institute Magazine.
One of her specialties is to work with clients with multi-cultural background and cross-border investment management needs. She truly understands the unique challenges in this sector and is equipped with relevant knowledge and professional network. She is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and Shanghainese.
